Shipping, exchange and return conditions

For the Christmas campaign, any purchase made between November 25, 2021 and January 6, 2,022 has an exchange or return period until January 20, 2,022.

The item to be returned must be in perfect condition and with its original packaging.

Shipping cost:

  • Mainland Spain and Portugal 2/5 days: free for all orders over € 40
  • Balearic Islands 2/5 days: € 4.90
  • Rest of destinations: check options

Returns and exchanges:

  • Changes in size and / or model are treated as a return: the new desired product is purchased and the previous one is returned.
  • To make a return, please contact contact with us and we will give you the relevant instructions.
  • For peninsular Spain and Portugal, return shipping is handled by us free of charge for the customer.
  • For all other destinations: check options.



    • Orders will not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
    • In case of receiving a product damaged by transport, it is advisable to contact us as soon as possible in order to claim the incident with the transport company.

    Shoe size change:

    • For footwear (sandals, shoes, slippers) you can comfortably and economically change the size or return. In mainland Spain and Portugal we will bear the costs of the return. For all other destinations, ask us available options.
    • The customer has the right to withdraw, in whole or in part, his order without the need to justify any cause.
    • You have a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order to exercise this right.
    • To exercise the right of withdrawal you must notify us within the indicated period.
    • The customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the products that results from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. Specifically, given the nature of the products offered, the return of any product that has been used and / or is not returned with all its original packaging and labels will not be accepted.
    • The Client will not have the right of withdrawal on personalized products or those sealed for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.
    • It is the responsibility of the client to deliver the products in good condition to our warehouses. The client is responsible for the damages suffered by the product during transport.
    • Transportation costs to our warehouses are borne by the customer.
    • The products will be reimbursed within five business days of receiving the products. The refund will be made by the same means by which the payment was made. Depending on the means of payment, it may take a few days for the refund to be reflected in the customer's account, due to the way in which financial institutions handle different types of transfers.
    • To facilitate returns, we make a return management service available to our customers. If contracted, the cost of this service, if any and previously informed to the client, will be discounted from the amount to be reimbursed to the client. This service is only available for some destinations, which are reflected in the price table above.
