Shipping policy
Shipping cost and transit time:
- Mainland Spain and Portugal 1-2 days: free for orders over €40, for the rest €4.90 VAT included.
- Continental Europe 3-5 days: free for orders over €60, for the rest €6.90 VAT included (only for Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Netherlands and Sweden).
- Balearic Islands 3-5 days: €4.90 VAT included.
- Other destinations (i.e. Canarias): ask before placing the order.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. If the shipping agency is unable to locate the address, the package will be returned to us within no less than 15 calendar days. We will not cancel or refund the order until the package is returned to our facilities.
General shipping conditions
- Orders are prepared for shipment within 2 working days.
- Order cut-off is at 12:00, local time.
- Shipments are made via Correos, Correos Express, or Amazon MCF. We will select the most convenient carrier at the time of shipment. If you need to know exactly which company will deliver your order, please contact us before placing it.
- Orders will not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or local holidays.
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown before you confirm your order and may vary depending on the destination.
- For all shipments, the customer will be provided, via email, with shipment tracking information, including the carrier's name and shipment number. You can also view this information by accessing the shipment tracking page.
- If the expected delivery date cannot be met, the customer will be notified to arrange a new date or cancel the order, refunding all amounts paid.
- It is not possible to cancel an order that has already been shipped.
- If you receive a product damaged in transit, it is advisable to contact us as soon as possible so that we can file a claim with the transport company.
- If you have not received your order after the estimated delivery time, contact us.
- We are not responsible for any shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will not be liable for delays caused by the shipping company, customs procedures, or events beyond our control.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for shipments lost due to an incorrect address. Once we transfer the goods to the shipping company, title to the goods and the risk of loss are transferred to you.
