Shipping, exchange and return conditions

The item to be returned must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Shipping cost:

  • Mainland Spain and Portugal 2/5 days: free shipping and returns for all orders over €40
  • Balearic Islands 2/5 days: €4.90, free returns
  • Europe 3/7 days: €4.90, free returns
  • Canary Islands: ask
  • Other destinations: ask

Returns and exchanges:

  • Changes in size and/or model are treated as a return: the desired new product is purchased and the old one is returned.
  • The best way to request a return is to do it through the account management page.
  • If you have trouble requesting a return through the account management page, please contact us and we will give you the pertinent instructions.
  • For the indicated destinations, we manage the return shipping of returns free of charge for the customer.
  • For all other destinations: the customer is responsible for shipping the product to our facilities in mainland Spain.



    • Orders will not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
    • In case of receiving a product damaged by transport, it is advisable to contact us as soon as possible to be able to claim the incident from the transport company.

    Shoe size change:

    • For footwear (sandals, shoes, slippers) you can easily and economically change the size or return it. In peninsular Spain and Portugal we will take care of the costs of the return. For all other destinations, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to our facilities in mainland Spain.
    • The customer has the right to withdraw, totally or partially, from his order without the need to justify any reason.
    • You have a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order to exercise this right.
    • To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the indicated period.
    • The customer is responsible for the decrease in value of the products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. Specifically, given the nature of the products offered, the return of any product that has been used and/or is not returned with all its original packaging and labels will not be accepted.
    • The Client will not have the right of withdrawal on personalized products or those sealed for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.
    • It is the customer's responsibility to deliver the products in good condition to our warehouses. The customer is responsible for damage to the product during transport.
    • Transportation costs to our warehouses are borne by the customer.
    • The refund of the products will be made within five business days after receipt of the products. The refund will be made by the same means by which the payment was made. Depending on the payment method, it may take a few days for the refund to be reflected in the customer's account, due to the way in which financial institutions treat the various types of transfers.
    • To facilitate returns, we offer our customers a returns management service. If contracted, the cost of this service, if any and previously informed to the client, will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed to the client. This service is only available for some destinations, which are reflected in the price table above.
