Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship to multiple destinations in continental Europe: SpainPortugalGermanyFranceItalyAustria, the Netherlands, and Sweden. For any other destination (i.e. the Canary Islands), please contact us to inquire about shipping options.

How much does shipping cost and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

Exchanges and returns

Can I return my product?

Yes, you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

How do I request a refund?

The fastest way is through the customer area on our website. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns of used products.

How do I change my size?

Exchanges are handled like a return: you request the return of the current product and make a new purchase with the desired size or model.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the package in our warehouse and check its condition, we will issue the refund within a maximum of 5 business days using the same payment method you used.

What are the return shipping costs?
